Eric Hechtman
Eric was born and raised in Miami. He won the high school State Championships three years in a row and was the #3 recruited player in the nation going into college. Eric graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Political Science. As the Hurricanes' team captain for 3 years, he holds the school's record for the most all-time wins. During his time at UM, Eric became a two-time ACC Champion twice as well as two-time Big East Champion.
Today, Eric is the hitting partner for some of the top players in the world: Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Venus Williams and Serena Williams. He enjoys teaching all levels but specializes in fitness, technique and strategy at the intermediate to advanced level. Currently Eric has his own advanced academy and teaches clinics for intermediate-advanced kids, the women's leagues and the men's social teams.
